Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Organic Raw & Unfiltered Honey
10 thyme sprigs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
4 bone-in pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Organic Raw & Unfiltered Honey
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. On a rimmed baking sheet, add the grapes, oil, vinegar, honey, thyme sprigs, salt and pepper. Shake the baking sheet to coat the grapes.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until grapes have popped and begin to caramelize. After roasting, discard thyme sprigs and remaining grape stems. Set aside. Spoon the grape sauce over the meat when ready to serve.
- Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir until honey and butter melt. Heat a grill to medium.
- Place pork chops on the grill. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Begin basting on both sides with the balsamic sauce.
- Cook for a total of 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. An instant-read meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork chops should register 150° F. Serve with the roasted grape sauce.
